The appearance, Gillian always wears sporty clothes with shirt and trousers.
Personality: Gillian is a widow with her three children; they are Sarah, Ian, and Nora. She loves them very much. She does everything by herself, cooking until repairing the broken things. She is a great housewife and a single parent for her children. She wants to get marry to Bob, her neighbor, but her children don’t like him very much because Bob is a boring person, but Gillian always convinces to them that Bob is a kind person.
The Best Scene: When Gillian knew about the truth that Bob is a spy, she was very disappointed in him, because she felt that Bob lied to her all this time and thought that Bob had endangered her children, then she slapped Bob and would not allowed him to approach her children.

personality: He is Gillian's neighbor. he loves Gillian very much.one day, when Gillian must go on, She ask Bob to keep her children. then, Bob does that although it's not easy to take care the children. he does that because he loves Gillan very much.he is a kind man, romantic, patient,apologize and intelligence. he is undercover CIA super spy who decides to give up his career in espionage to settle down with his next door neighbor and girlfriend, Gillian.
the best scene:When Gillian suddenly has to leave town, Bob volunteers to babysit the children so he can earn their approval. But when one of the kids mistakenly downloads a top-secret formula from his computer, Bob's archenemy, a Russian terrorist, moves in for the attack, forcing Bob to juggle the roles of spy and prospective stepfather in the most challenging mission of his career.

BalasHapusThe Appearance: Gillian is a beautiful woman. She has a white skin and blonde hair. She always wears a sweater and trousers.
The Personality: Gillian is single parent who have three children, they are Farren, Ian and Nora. She is very discipline mom, lots of passion, patient, and distinct. She loves Bob Ho very much, but her children don’t like him. Gillian never pressures her children to love Bob Ho. She tries to convince them that actually Bob is the right man for her.
The best scene: When the family started their activities in the morning. It was very noisy and looked so disturbed. But Gillian as a single parent could manage her children well. She prepared everything of her children, and took her children to school. She did all the housework by herself. I think she is a wonderful mom and from this scene I know that to be a housewife is very hard.

BalasHapusThe Personality:Bob Ho is Gillian's boy friend.His job is CIA agent but he need to keep his real identity to prevent a danger and risk condition.He has a Good personality,he types a man which romantic, responsible,smart and good fighter.someday Gillan's father is in hospital so Bob Ho decide to be babysit of Gillian's three kids they are Farren,Ian,and Nora.Is not easy to be babysit of three naughty children, but he still patient and responsible to them.
The best scene : When Farren (the oldest Gillian's children) flirts and tries to gain the attention of a much older college-age boy, but Bob puts a stop to this.But when bob back from a toilet with nora,he is find the college boy try to closer with farren.Finally for a few time farren knows that the boy is envy person which try to kill them.Then Bob Ho and the boy were fighting. farren and nora really enthusiasm look there fighting.

He has a girlfriend, she is a neighbor next door, her name is Gillian,a single mother with three children (Farren, Ian, and Nora). Bob and Gillian love each other, they have a good relationship but Gillian's kid doesn't like Bob, and to marry with Gillian, Bob must be accepted by her kids. One day, Gillian suddenly had to leave the town and Bob offers to take care of the kids while she's away to try and get them to like him.
*Fav scene: When Bob was fight with 3 bad guy in the backyard,,
Bob can throw his opponent even though his legs is held tightly by Nora. He's very energetic and its very amazing.

BalasHapusHe is Julian’s son. He is smart, but some of his friends always bullying him. Usually Ian is a good boy but he always got some trouble with his friend. He like reading books especially in computer program. He wants to be a spy because he thinks that spy is cool. The best scene for me is when he hit the bad guy with bob’s stick until the bad guy fall down. His friends that want to bully him ran away when they see Ian defeating the bad guy. Maybe they become afraid because Ian can defeat the bad guy.

Gillian is a beautiful woman. She is a good mother. she is very patient and care with her children. Gillian like painting. Gillian is a widow but she is very responsible with her children. She has more time to have the care for her children. She makes breakfast and accompany her children go to school every morning.
The best scene: When Bob helps Gillian and her children to take their cat on the roof. He jumps on the roof. He makes Gillian's daughter looks blank.

BalasHapusMy opinions about the characters in The Spy Next Door Movie are very unique and have characteristic. I have two characters in this movie; they are Jackie Chan’s character (Bob Ho) and Will Shadley’s character (Ian). I think Jackie Chan is a good character, polite man, attractive, nice person, and also an energetic man. In this movie, he is to be an agent International spy on loan to the CIA, and he is having date with the woman that have three kids, and her kids thinks Bob Ho is a boring man, nerdy pen salesman, which is unfortunate since he is dating with their mother. The second favorite character is Will Shadley (Ian), he is a funny character and he is a nerdy kid, smart, who becomes cool with help from Jackie Chan’s character.
My favorite scene is when Bob Ho (Jackie Chan) dress pajamas to the child Alena Foley (as Nora).He try and try to catch the child and throw her, and finally he could put the pijamas to the child and he said the child, “You’re mom to do that”. I think this scenes is very funny, he try to make them like him and an effort to get to know them and well. This movie is very attractive and funny comedy family movie.

The Personality: bob looks so kind. he is never angry to Gillian's children when he become a baby sitter. He is patient, smart, responsible man, funny, sporty, energetic, casual and he looks cool with his kungfu.He never give up to protect Gillian's children when he face his enemies. he is very romantic person and always do everything for taking care Gillian and her children.
My favorite scene:
I think every scene when Bob Ho fighting is the best scene. I like the way he defeat his enemies with his kungfu. My favorite scene is when he fighting in swimming pool, then he save Nora by using fish catching. That scene is unpredictable and very funny.

She has 3 children,they are Farren, Ian and Nora.She wants to get marry with Bob,but Gillian doesn't know if Bob is a secret agent from Chinese. After Gillian know about the true Bob,She don't want to meet Bob anymore. but when Bob fought the enemy and save her children from the enemy, Gillian conscious if Bob is a good man.
The best scene:
when Bob fought the enemy used a bicycle, that was so amazing.
Character: Bob Ho
BalasHapusBob Ho is a nice man, patient, a gentle manand also responsible to his job. He is falls for the single mother next door. He is so cares to his girl friend and protects her beloved girl friend. Actually he is an undercover secret agent to America from Chinese government, but he disguise and keep secret his job.
The best scene:
When Bob offer volunteer his babysitting services in hopes conecting with the kids. Bob try to protect the kids from the villain and his cohorts, he fights as well as a shaolin soccer. I think Bon Ho is not only a brilliant agent but he is the true fighter.

BalasHapusGillian is a nice woman. She is a single mom who has three children. They are, Farren, Ian and Nora.Gillian has a boyfriend, Bob, who lives next door. Gillian doesn't know that Bob is a spy. Gillian loves that he's normal and reliable but her children don't want mom to marry him because they think he is a foolish man. When Gillian has to go out of town and Bob volunteers to babysit and he assures Gillian that he capable of taking care of the children while she is away.
The best scene:
I think the best scene in this movie is when Gillian know that Bob is a spy and her children begin to love him.

Personality: Nora is youngest Gillian’s daughter. Nora loves everything in pink. She is a hyperactive and funny child.
The best scene: Kitchen fire scene. When Gillian leaved Bob with her children, he tried to make a breakfast for the children. I think it was funny scene.

BalasHapusIt is hard for me to fully analyze a character in a movie, so I will tell a little bit about one of the characters in that movie.
The character is Farren
Farren is a rebellious teenager, and difficult to be controlled. She hates the family because she thinks that no body cares with her want. In addition, she is the only step child while two others are not. In this case, she has a reason to hate the family although Gillian is a great mom who loves her children including Farren. Something that Farren trully hates Gillian is the way Gillian controls her such as clothes choice. Here are the dialogues between Gillian and Farren on the movie.
Gillian: Aa ..Aa (expression of dissagree)
Farren : what? it is a style.
Gillian : it isn’t inapropriate. Go put on a jeans and spit out the gum.
Then Farren turns in her room. After a few minutes she is out with another clothes
Gillian : Farren!
Farren : what you said jeans.
Gillian : I meant in your size.

Character: Gillian
The appearance:
Gillian is a beautiful woman. I do like her appearance. She always wears polite clothes and simple make up. She never looks gaudy in dress and make up.
Personality:
Gillian’s husband leave her with three children. Therefore, she becomes a single parent now. She is a very good mother. She takes care all of her children well without giving any discrimination to Farren (her step daughter). She never beefs curing her children although they are little bit naughty. She loves her neighbor, Bob. Unfortunately her children do not like him. Hence she tries too hard convincing her children how kind Bob is. In the middle of the story she changes her personality because of knowing Bob’s job. She doesn’t believe Bob and hates him very much. But, Gillian’s alteration doesn’t make Bob stop in protecting Gillian and her children. In the end of the story, all of her children convince her that Bob is a good person and father. Because of this confession, she goes back to her first personality. She received Bob’s coming in her life once more by accepting him as her husband.
The Best Scene:
I do like the first scene when Gillian take care her children before they go to school such as preparing their breakfast, selecting appropriate clothes and soon. I think this scene showing how a good mother she is.

My comment on “the spy next door movie”
BalasHapusI like the movie because it is very interesting. I think it is an action movie but it has comedy aspect.When I watched the movie, there were some actions that can made me laughed. For example: When Laura did not wear clothes then Bob threw up her in the sky and suddenly Laura had worn the clothes. I think the expression was very funny. When Bob prepared the breakfast for his girl’s children in his house. Bob was not able to prepare the breakfast well. As the result things were very messy and the breakfast was not ready. Bob’s expression was funny. So the audience felt happy and interested in the movie.
If I am asked to choose the favorite player in the movie, I like to choose (Jacky Chan)
Bob was a spy. Bob was very clever, strong, good talented, funny, and honest. He loved her girl’s and her children. Exactly, he was good father he would love her family if he married with his girl’s. I like Bob because he is a professional actor.
The movie scene
When Bob fought with his enemies in his home then he was lose his enemies.
I think he is a clever, talented, and strong.
When he care of his girl’s children while their mom worked
I think he loved his girl’s and her child.
When Bob lost his package to fright his enemies.
I think it is very funny. Bob confuse to fright his enemies.

Nora is Gillian little girl. she is four years old so, she needs her parent to keep watching at her. Nora personality is funny, innocent, and want something more from her parent.
BalasHapuswhen her mother planned to take care her grandfather, Nora and her brother and sister were taken care by Bob Ho. Bob Ho is Gillian's boyfriend that works with the CIA as a spy.
The best scene in the film of Spy Next Door is when Bob Ho met with Poldark's man has a fight with them.
Suddenly, Nora came and gave spirit to Bob Ho then she throw away from the chair because of one of the Poldark's men
felt down into the chair where Nora sit. she flew away and almost felt into a pool, but Bob caught her using fish net and took her beside a pool.I was thinking that Nora would be shock because of this accident. unfortunately my prediction was wrong.
She asked to Bob Ho to do the same thing again by saying "again..again..again".
